Who We Are
SSTC Global's professional history dates to 2015. From 15 February 2015 to 8 January 2025 the business operated as U&U Business Solutions FZE, founded in the Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah. On 9 January 2025 it was restructured into Smart Sustain Transformation Consultancies L.L.C. (SSTC Global), based in Dubai. The business continued its professional activities and accumulated experience throughout; only the legal entity and trade name changed. Projects, experience and awards before 9 January 2025 were achieved under U&U Business Solutions FZE.
SSTC Global is the trading name of Smart Sustain Transformation Consultancies L.L.C. (formerly U&U Business Solutions FZE), a Dubai-based advisory firm for CBAM, Article 6.4, accreditation and management systems. Office 101-11, Your Own Business Centre, Zulekha Colonnade, Al Qusais Industrial Area 4, Dubai, UAE.

Independence and impartiality
SSTC provides advisory and readiness support. We do not issue verification, validation or certification statements. Where SSTC personnel have worked as verifiers or technical experts, they did so as subcontractors to an accredited verification body, which remained responsible for the verification and for the statement it issued. SSTC has not provided consultancy to any client it has verified, and does not verify any client it has advised, including during the preceding two years. Each engagement is screened for conflicts of interest and recorded.
Disclosure: VRS Cert, the verification body under whose accreditation SSTC personnel have verified, is also an SSTC advisory client. SSTC advised VRS Cert on its management system and accreditation. The verification clients named on our case studies page received no consultancy from SSTC.
Safeguards: separate teams or an independent reviewer for verification work; a conflict-of-interest declaration for each engagement; a two-year cooling-off period; and no verification body is used to verify an operator that SSTC has advised.
